1 link credit included per year
Everything included. Nothing extra to buy — ever.
2 link credits included
Premium annual includes 1 link credit per year. Premium Pro includes 2 link credits — enough to connect two platforms — on both billing options. All purchases are billed through the Apple App Store. Prices in USD for the US App Store.
A link credit connects one gig platform — Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Amazon Flex, and more — to AutoSync. It's a one-time purchase, never a subscription: connect a platform once and it keeps syncing for as long as you're on Premium or Premium Pro.
Premium Pro already includes 2 connections — most drivers never buy a credit at all.
Essential includes a 14-day free trial on both monthly and yearly billing. Premium includes the trial on monthly billing only. Premium Pro has no trial — it comes with 2 platform connections included instead. Cancel before the trial ends in your Apple settings and you won't be charged.
Yes — Premium unlocks AutoSync, and each gig platform you connect uses one link credit (a one-time purchase, from $4.99). Premium annual includes 1 credit per year. During a Premium trial you can use the app fully, but connecting a gig account still requires a credit.
No. A link credit is a one-time purchase — connect a platform once and it keeps syncing for as long as you're on Premium or Premium Pro. It's never a recurring charge.
Credits included in a subscription plan may be forfeited when that plan is cancelled, per our Terms of Use. Data you've already imported stays in your account.
Anytime. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
All purchases are processed by Apple, so refund requests go through Apple's refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com. GigReal can't issue App Store refunds directly.
