What AutoSync imports (and how often)

AutoSync imports your earnings, trips, and miles from each connected platform — verified from the source.

What comes in

Trip earnings, tips, and the platform's trip records. GigReal pairs this with its own GPS mileage log, so you get both the platform's numbers and your real, deductible miles.

What never comes in

Messages, ratings, rider or customer details, and location history from your platforms. The connection is read-only and GigReal never stores your platform password.

Timing

The first sync after connecting can take up to 24 hours. After that, expect roughly daily updates — AutoSync is built for accuracy at tax time, not minute-by-minute totals. Your live shift view fills the gap in real time while you drive.
