Why can I not sign in?

Try these steps in order:

1. Double-check your email for typos and make sure it is the address you signed up with.
2. Wrong password? Tap Reset password on the sign-in screen and check your inbox (and spam folder).
3. If you originally signed up with Apple or Google, use that button instead of email and password.
4. Seeing a message about too many attempts? Wait a few minutes and try again, or reset your password.
5. Still stuck? Email support@gigrealapp.com from the address on your account and we will get you back in.
