Reset your password

1. On the sign-in screen, tap Reset password.
2. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset email and follow the link.
3. Pick a new password and sign in.

Two common snags:

If you originally signed up with Apple or Google, there's no GigReal password to reset — use that sign-in button instead.

If you see a "too many attempts" message, wait a few minutes and try again.
