Cancel or change your plan

Plans are managed through Apple, so changes happen in your iPhone settings.

1. Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
2. Tap GigReal.
3. Pick a different plan to switch, or Cancel Subscription to stop renewing.

Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. Switching plans is handled by Apple's proration rules and usually applies at your next renewal.

Your data stays in your account either way. Note that link credits included with a subscription may be forfeited if that plan is cancelled, per our Terms of Use.
